Best Dedicated Laptop Graphics

Have a friend who wants to buy a 15.4-15" notebook thats under 7lbs and wants the best possible graphics card avaliable to notebooks.. As I don't follow graphics in laptops very much I need some help there and then I can customize what we need otherwise.

Thanks for the help.

Tell him to get the Asus A8Js if thats what he wants. It's about 5.5 lbs and has a 512 MB Geforce 7700 go GPU in it which is the best one you can get for that screen size. If he's willing to go 17" then he's got a lot more choices since a lot of vendors offer high performance desktop replacement notebooks with Geforce 7900 GTX (and now 7950 GTX) GPUs.

???? A 14 inch would be more mobile than a 15 would it not?? Am i missing something here?

You're missing the part where I mentioned in the original post about the screen size and that he was saying that if you go up to 17" you can get more options.

The best possible graphics option to notebooks won't come in a 15.4'' laptop
