I call to the Czech Republic alot, anyone know either good phone cards or service for good rates? I know Vonage does it for $0.06/min which is the best I've found so far (I'm thinking about going with them) but if someone knows of anything better that'd be great...

if you get a VOIP number in the czech republic you can then call from that number from wherever you are and it is a local call with no per minute fees.
 
I am using Cognigen for calls to Japan. I can use my normal phone, no credit card numbers to enter and the quality is great.

I pay 7 cents a min anytime. At the time is was the best direct dial, but now I see there are some at 20 cents per call (mine is 34) and only 4 cents per minute.
