Best deal on Comcast?

I'm moving into a new apartment in Pittsburgh and the real estate management company won't allow me to install a satellite dish. My only other options are cable with Comcast or rabbit ears. And I f*cking hate Comcast with a passion. Since I'm going to have to do business with the devil, what's a good deal on cable TV right now? I'll get my internet through Verizon DSL.
