Best deal on a computer for under 550

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good deals on a prebuilt computer package for below 550 that includes a dvd burner. This computer isnt gonna be used for gaming and also monitor doesnt have to be included but if it can be that would be nice.

jc9970 thats a nice computer but should i be worried that its a refurb. Also is it cheaper to buy direct from dell or is some place like walmart give better deals?

You can get a good idea of what's available in retail by going to the various websites, that is Circuit City, Best Buy, Compusa, or whatever is close to you.

If it was me, I'd go to http://www.circuitcity.com/home.jsp and see what they have in general. There you can check "cust reviews" and get some feedback from customers for whatever you find interesting. You can still buy the item anywhere. Last I checked they had AMD64s from $500 to $750 and Semperons for a little less. The brands are HP, emachines, Compaq. Pick your favorite. For XP be sure to get 512 Mb at least.
