Best Deal of High End game card and workstation card?

I will be using my new system for running Avid Express Pro for capturing video/editing. I also would love to play some games like Doom3 and HL2 and take advantage of the full use of the game features. What card should I be looking to get? I have on order a ABIT IS7-E ,Intel 865PE and 2.4c that I will use to capture/edit/produce analog/digital video.

Would this be a good card for the money? I want to do it right but not go way overboard on the money.

A true 9800np would be fine, but the card you linked is a 9800se. The 9800 np's are sold out at most places, but if you look around maybe you can find one.
