Best DDR2 for this setup

I'm looking for the best ram for this setup E6300, Gigabyte 965P DS3 looking to spend $150 or less

Heh, i suspect that means buying a single GB dimm now, & a second one later.

BTW, i believe the S3 (not DS3) is significanly less & still OCs like a champ.
Maybe consider that, which allow you to spend a bit more to get 2x1 GB...
