Best DDR motherboard if you plan to overclock a 1.6a ro 533 fsb

My clone shop is slow in putting together a PIV 1600 MHz A that I plan to push up to a 533mHz bus, due to delay in delivering a Leadteak GeoforceTI4400 video card. I can still change the motherboard by tomorrow what is better motherboard MSI 845G MAX 2, MSI 645 DMX Max2, Asus P4b533vml. The MSI 645 DMX is able to overclock the memory (buying 512 Samsung PC2700), whereas the 845 G has a slightly higher vcore max for MSI (1.65 volt) and a much higher v-core for the Asus (1.8). I understand the 845E chipset motherboard, as they do not really support PC2700 memory
