Which DDR Motherboard should I buy for T-Bird and future AMD releases? Is the AMD 761 the best chip or are there others? Thanks, Dave
 
I have to say the Epox 87KA is quite impressive AMD 761 based mobo on the horizon is the KT266A and also the nforce definately worth holding out for if you can wait.

too early to ask this, with the newer KT266A based boards and the Nforce on the horizon.

but right now the epox is great i think🙂
 
The SiS 735 is currently the best performing chipset available for DDR, but the AMD 761 is not far behind. It probably would be a good idea to wait a little while and see what the KT266A and nForce bring to the table. They are promising much better performance than anything currently out right now.
