I used to be a huge fan of Dave, but I kinda got over it.
I still like his stuff (the older stuff, I'm not so sure about the new Dave, yet), but I don't actively listen to it.
If you are a fan of Dave, I suggest you look up The Big Wu, The String Cheese Incident, and the Jazz Mandolin Project.
JMP doesn't have any vocals, but it is just what the name implies: awesome jazz played on mandolin, with drum+bass+guitar all taking equally lead roles. Good stuff, and interesting.
Dave is a good guy, but one gripe I have is that his concerts are so expensive. I went to one in my freshman year and spent >40 dollers for a ticket. Ridiculous. Most of the bands I listed are pretty small, and you can get into a show for about 20.00, without dealing with the crowds or whatnot. Great music.
And then there is my all time favorite: Flecktones . . .
ANywho, good Dave songs. I always liked lover l(ie/ay) down. Jimi Thing was cool. I like Satellite.
I'm a big fan of "too much," It was probably the most listened to Dave song for me.
