Best Data Recovery Program

All those threads in General Hardware about destroying hard drives got me interested on data recovery. What is the best data recovery program? I've heard R-Studio and @stake LC4 are pretty good.

I've used EasyRecovery Pro before and I found it worked great. Was able to pull a bunch of stuff off a drive whose partition got hosed. The drive itself wasnt bad, the partition info was messed up and Partition Magic wasnt able to fix it. Of course, it is kind of expensive at $500, but there is a free trial.

i use getdataback NTFS or FAT32 depending on what you need. but it's not free. it costs money. saved my family a few times.
