Best customer service in mobo field?

I have used Gigabyte mobos for years and really like them. However, their customer support is less than stellar. Recently I had a problem with a Leadtek video card and basically got the back of the hand from their customer support. Luckily Newegg took the card back and I bought a BFG based on their reputation for customer support. Just being a US company with phone support helps immensely.

Of the major mobo manufacturers, are there any that have a reputation for customer support as BFG does in the vid card field?

DFI has their own forum, that's the only reason :D. You talk with dedicated employees directly and stuff. ASUS is *typically* for reliability, but .... heh... their recent slew of boards (A8N-SLI and A8N-E) have been pretty problematic. They're doing good over at the Intel side of things though

I've actually had REALLY good luck with DFI.

I had a 7NJL6 that I bought off the forums that was a little iffy. So I bring it into DFI USA (I live 20 miles away from their office). They ask me about three questions, and hand me a new board.

The new board doesn't run much better. I bring it back, hand them my RAM, video card and CPU, and they issue me a new board, and proceed to burn the entire rig in for a weekend. That's what I call personalized service, too bad the mobos themselves kinda suck.
