Best Credit Cards In Canada - Are there Any?

Currently have a TD Gold Visa, and American Express Air Miles card.. Canada is pretty pathetic as far as I am aware for good credit cards.

Can anyone recommend any with Low Interest rates or oens with actually good rewards?

I don't carry a balance and rarely are unable to pay it off every month.. but like this month when I had to put $5000 in vehicle expenses on them so a low rate would be appreciated!

Thanks!

The point of credit cards is for them to have high interest rates so the bank makes money.
If you need to borrow money take a loan or a line of credit and pay your credit card off in time so you aren't stuck paying in excess of 10% interest

If you want low interest rates get a line of credit ........... I pay Prime +1.7% for my line of credit 😀

I'm sort of in the same boat. I don't carry a balance, but I'd like to earn some points or cash back or something for when I do use it.

Oh, forgot to mention: My dad has one of those TD GM cards where a percentage of what you put on the card is put towards the purchase of a new GM car. Saved him quite a decent amount of money on his truck from a few years ago and my mom's car last year. The only thing is there's a max ($500 per year IIRC) and you only keep the past 3-4 years on it I think. Still, it's something.
