best cpu/mboard/memory for <$400

I'm a bit out of the loop on computer parts lately but am looking to upgrade my old system. I'd like to get an intel processor (sandy bridge if possible) but am open to other suggestions. All I need is cpu/mboard/memory I have everything else already.

Oh also I can go a bit over $400 if absolutely necessary.

Do you happen to live near a Micro Center? Their CPU deals are insanely good.

$225 - i5-2500k

$128 - GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3-B3

$70 - Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 2x4GB DDR3-1333

Total = $423

You could save a few bucks with a P67 mobo too, but that's probably what I would get for around $400. And you can save a few more bucks buying the CPU at MicroCenter as CurseTheSky said. That may actually bring the total under $400.
