Best CPU heatsink for Socket A?

All,

Building a new sys and I wanted to get opinions on the best heatsink for a 2500+ that I plan on O'Cing to the 3000+ level. In case it matters, there are two mobo's that I am considering using: the SY KT400 Dragon Ultra and the A7N8X. I do realize that spacing (closeness to capacitors) is a consideration, so a comment on both boards with your suggestions for best, good, and ok heatsinks, please.

As always, your thoughts and guidance would be appreciated.

got my 2500 to 3200 xp using stock hsf, 46c under load 39 idle. on my old noisy case with lots of fans it was idling at an
amazing 30c. dunno about temp accuracy but i switched to an old 1800xp to see if readings are ok and it was.
