Best Cpu for a cpu intensive website?

I found some cheap dedicated servers on WHT. My site uses ipb but i use a shoutbox t hat cpu intensive. Im currently on a VPS so my current power usage is not enough so these cpus should be enough for me.

Ram is okay, but what cpu can i get the most out of:

AMD Athlon XP 1700 Dedicated Server - FREE MONTH - SINGLE CPU 1.47GHZ 266FSB (256K CACHE)

Celeron 1.7GHZ Dedicated Server - FREE MONTH - SINGLE CPU 1.7GHZ 400FSB (128K CACHE)

or

Pentium 4 1.5GHZ Dedicated Server - FREE MONTH - SINGLE CPU 1.5GHZ 400FSB (256K CACHE)

I would say the Athlon XP. Although these are rather old CPUs. All I know is the Celeron is the slowest of the bunch.

Of the three you linked, the Athlon XP is the fastest.

Athlon XP 1700 is theoretically equal to a 1.7GHz P4. That should answer your question.

Theoretically

AMD's Athlon/XP/64 line always underestimated itself versus its Pentium 4 counterpart. The xxxx designation was typically faster than the equivalent Pentium 4 clockrate.

I went with the athlon 1700+ =] Now i have to wait 24-72 hours.. crap
