Best CPu fan that isnt gonna iritate me?

Ok I have a YS Tech FD1260257B-2A it runs at 4800 RPM is tolerable however my CPU was running at 59C while playing Quake3. I borrowed a friends Delta fan (Man is it noisy), there is no identification on it but it runs at about 7800RPM but keeps the temp at 51C when playing Quake3. What would you recomend for the best happy medium.. is there a fan out there comparavle in noise to the YSTech with a bit more CFM?

The thermaltake Volcano fan might fit your needs. Its as quite as the YStech and might move a little more air (definitely not the stated CFM though!).
