It performs better than normal silicon based thermal paste. But it's hella 'spensive.

I recommend the Alpha PEP66, if you're using it with a socket cpu. If you're using a slot-based cpu, get the GlobalWin VOS32. both cost around $30US or $50CDN

I'd get a Golden Orb for the best bang for your buck. Or the Alpha PEP66 for the best performance. I would also use Artic Silver II. Most of these items can be had for cheap in the For Sale/Trade Forum on Anandtech. Or if you need them soon, just head on over to 2cooltek.com.
