Best cpu cooler notebook?

With windows 10 and 8gb ram
I play pes 2016 and i play with dolphin (emulator for wii) and temperature is 100° with windows set to ''High performance''
With windows set to ''energy saving'' my temperature is 60-70°
Best cooler solve the problem?

or there is Another best cooler on amazon?

Clean out the cooling fan and the air channels in your laptop, first.

I7-5500U is okay to 105C junction temp., so you are close but okay.

I don't think those laptop coolers do much.
