best cpu and memory for shuttle sff oc?

Contemplating on building a Shuttle SFF and wondering what's the best cpu I can get to oc with it? Don't really want to get A64 as I don't think I'd need such horsepower in my rig...and it'll cost 2x as much So what's cpu and memory should I get? I don't really have a preference with AMD of Intel athough Intel couldn't beat my $50 XP1700@2.3ghz.
Next is the memory, what should I get? I'd probably be buying 1 gig so any suggestions is welcome.

I'll be pairing this up with a ATI 9600 AIW and some big hd which I haven't decided yet.

Well, I'd throw that XP 1700+ in an SN45G and see what it would do. As usual, I haven't had any issues with Kingston HyperX, Crucial XMS or Crucial in my SN41G2. Same with the SB61G2.
