Thats Frosty, Heidi, and Frank. They do a radio show in LA during the week. The guy on the left, Frank, comes up with the most creative costumes every year. I think this year he decided on going as "The iPod guy" from all the apple commercials. He was originally talking about going as "The Fashion of the Christ" where he would wear a jesus beard and crown of thorns, combined with the latest trendy clothes.
