Best Corsair MEMORY FOR GAMING AND OCING

I need to know which XMS Memory modules are good for a Pentium 4 motherboard IC7-G board. I want to have 512 Total memory. So that would be 2X 256Chips, I need to make sure it's dual channel. Im not sure which XMS memory modules because of the fact the have 3 different kinds!

That new Corsair 3200XL is the best with the 2-2-2-5 timings. It can overclock to 253 @ 2.5-3-3-6 at 2.85 volts.

Which XL? This one CMX256-3200XL or this one TWINX512-3200XL

They are the same. The TwinX is just a pair of matched sticks for dual channel. CMX is 1 stick.

What are like "second best" because I am worried that frys will conviently not have them. I am returning some Value select ram when I realized they didnt overclock well.

How high are you looking to overclock? Newegg has them in stock. I have some OCZ Gold PC-4400 that I am selling that is spec'd to run up to 275 @ 2.5-4-4-8. I have gotten to go up to 280 but they can go up higher.
