Best cooling

I am ordering new stuff tonight (my rig is updated), but what I am getting is this:

Old > New
WD 20Gb RPMs > SeaGate 40Gb 7200RPMs
ECS k7s5a > MSI KT3 Ultra
Cooler Master CPU fan > ???

Anyways, I am getting a new mobo because I want to overclock, my SiS 735 is extremely limited. I can't afford MUCH more (I can't even afford a sound card, I'm going to be using the onboard 🙂), but I want the best. I am thinking about the Volcano5, because I heard that the 6 is loud. But is it really THAT loud? I honestly don't care too much, my computer is already loud as it is. But what about the Volcano 7 and Dragon Orb? Keep in mind I can't spend too much. And would you suggest anything to cool the RAM down?

As well, how long would it take to ship from Newegg if I did overnight shipping? (I don't care that it is expensive, I want to get this by Thursday/Friday so I can set it all up before I leave for my resort place). I'm guessing it would arrive by then, seeing as it only took them 5 days to ship FeDex Express Saver thing. I'm just worried about how long it will take to process this order.

dont bother with any thermal take hsf. they are average at best. Look at thermal rights SK-600/800 or the AX-7 for excellent cooling.

I've used this one in 2 1500+ XP systems.
I love it because it's cheap but very good (much better than Volcano 5, IMO) and quiet, too.
This $6 HSF is a solid aluminum block heat sink with an 80mm fan. (Don't need to buy fan since with already comes with a 32CFM fan outputting a low 28dBA noise)
SVC shipping is very reasonable, they charge actual price (about $3.50 for this unit)
