best cooling solution for a Hard drive?

i know there was a topic on this awhile back, but i can't seem to find it... my western digital (30gb 7,200 rpm running ata/100) hard drive seems to be running a bit warmer than i like.. so i was just curious as to what the best option would be for cooling this thing down =)
