Best Cooling Option (for silence and cooling)

I need to know what is the best hs/f combo is right now

my rig:

AMD Athlon Xp 2000+
512mb 2700 Samsung
Gigabyte GA-7VAX
retail hs/f
radeon 9000pro
lite-on 48/24/48 burner
lite-on 16x dvd
sb live 5.1
antec Plusview1000AMG
maxtor 40gb 7200rpm hd 2mb cache

I dont plan on overclocking but i am going to drop my multi and up my bus so the ram and fsb run in sync at 333mhz

I want to have the setup quiet yet have still have efficient cooling, what would be the best option for me?
Should I go for watercooling? or what...?

Thanks!!

water cooling would be quietest

maybe a big heatsink like ax7, swiftech mcx462, alpha pal8045 with a relatively low noise fan

btw, even when you increase the fsb but drop the mult to keep the speed the same, you are "technically" overclocking 🙂

also with xp2000+ that might be difficult

what fan would you recommend?

and why would that be hard to do on the 2000+?

and yes i know its "technically" overclocking but its not lol

dependson the noise level you would prefer
i would go with a 68cfm delta or close to that personally lol

those are 80mm heatsinks, so a 80mm fan would be needed

Panasonic Panaflo Axial Fan 80x80x25.5mm, Ball Bearing, DC 12V, 2.08W, 2950 RPM, 39.6 CFM, 32.0 dB-A $14.00
Panasonic Panaflo Axial Fan 80x80x25.5mm, Ball Bearing, DC 12V, 3.24W, 3450 RPM, 46.9 CFM, 38.2 dB-A $12.00
SUNON 80x80x25mm, Ballbearing, Case Fan, DC 12V, 2.1W, 2900 RPM, 39.0 CFM $5.00
Y S TECH 80x80x25mm, TWO Ball Bearings, Case Fan, DC 12V, 3.12W 3700 RPM 48.5 CFM 37dBA $6.00

or some adjustable ones (manually or thermal adjustable)
YS TECH Adjustable 8CM cooling fan. Manual adjustable fan speed, VERIABLE SPEED FROM 800rpm to 3700rpm. 10.2CFM - 48.7CFM 18dBA - 39.5dBA $8.00
VANTEC's ThermoFlow TF8025 Temperature Control Sensor Adjusts Fan Speed Automatically. $12.00

from www.newegg.com
they have a pretty good selection (alot more than waht i have above)

xp2000+ were not really the best overclockers...so maybe it will be hard
but perhaps lowering the mult will make it feasible
