Another vote for the Alpha PAL 6035. With the Delta Black Label, mine never above 45C under load. Only thing is that the Delta is way loud!

GlobalWin FOP32, just as good as the alpha, at about half the price. FOP38 better than alpha with the delta fan for the same price as the alpha without the delta fan.

I would go for the Alpha Pal6035. i am running at 1ghz and cpu temp is 30 deg C and system temp is 26 deg C. Have to get the 38 cfm fan, its loud, bit mine really cools.
