Any certain places to get a good price for a good cooling thing for the 9800 PRO?

I've got one on my 9700, love it. If you don't mind losing a slot, its a great choice.

Not sure. There's also the Zalman silent heatpipe systems. I have one on my 9800Pro, and it is, indeed, silent (though it doesn't really cool any better than stock unless you have a lot of airflow in your case).

Yes, thats what mine is mounted on, its much better (and quieter) than the stock cooler.
