Best Cooling case for ~$120

Hey Guys,

Wondering what your opinions are on for cases in the $120 range. I currently have a Thermaltake Armor which despite being a full tower is hard to work with, and has merely adequate cooling. A couple of requirements.

1) It must have cable routing behind the mobo tray, and routing holes.
2) The HDD mounts must face outwards, rather than the style where the drive plugs face the back side of the case.

Currently considering the Cooler Master CM-690 II, or the Corsair 400R, but I wasn't sure if there were better alternatives out there. GPU cooling is particularly important since that is the weakest point of my current case.

Thanks!

Are you having problems with your graphics cards that are heat-related?

I went with a haf932 for $120 sale or $130 at td.
Has plenty of room for water cooling.
The haf 932 can be set up so many different ways.
It also moves much air.

Right now the biggest heat concern is with my GTX 570. On hot summer days I have been seeing it get over 80 degrees Celsius. I've cranked the fan speed up to 80% which drops it about 10 degrees, but I still think a case with better ventilation would help.

The biggest issue with this case though is its design. It took me 25 minutes to get a HDD out of it. Had to unscrew the front panel, unscrew a drive cage, unplug the fans from the drive cage, take the cage out, and then remove the HDD from the cage.
