IMHO, all you need to do is install a 50mm fan to the current heatsink. That will give you plenty of cooling, and you don't have to worry about taking the HS/F off.

Mines nekked! ;) Just got the stock POS heatsink on there, running at 180/180. Never had a lockup w/ that, so I'm happy for now. I do have some heat sinks on the ram though that I had laying around from my old GeForce DDR.

i just mounted a Blueorb on my 64 mb Vivo. there is a slight prob you may run into though. There are several (what look to be) large capacitors near the GPU that prevent proper alignment of the blorb over the GPU. So it's not on the center of the GPU, it is mounted offset. I'm not sure how that is affecting the cooling tho since I am not overclocking it yet. Just be careful around the space of the GPU cuz ATi doesn't leave much space for you to work with. Also, the blorb will occupy the PCI slot below the AGP slot. Theres an excellent guide at Rage3d that tells you how to remove the existing HS/fan. It'll just "pop" right off. Actually, mine was a rather loud pop, thought I broke the damn thing at first LOL. Good luck!
