I am looking at purchasing a 2000+ next month and want both good cooling and quiet operation. What is the best heatsink/fan combo?

Money is not an issue, and I've already considered watercooling. At the moment, I've got my eyes on the Zalman CNPS6000CU (http://www.siliconacoustics.com/zalcnps6000c.html) and the Zen Radiator Cooler (http://www.inflowdirect.com/cpuradzencoo.html).

My only requirement is that the cooling solution fits on the Soyo Dragon K7V+ and that it doesn't require a noisy fan for typical operation. If I can mod a cooler for use with an 80mm 19cfm fan, that would be best.

The Thermalright AX-7 is a good one and uses an 80mm fan already. You could get a Panaflo L1A which is 21dba and 24 cfm on it and it would be quiet and would probably keep pretty good temps.
