Best cookie manager for Chrome?

I'm looking for something similar to Cookie Monster for firefox, that allows you to choose cookie permissions on a site-by-site basis (keep, block, temporary/permanently), and asks whenever new domains try to set cookies.

The Chrome version is very crippled, just allowing one to clear all cookies from a given site without creating filters or being asked on a per-domain basis. I'm wondering if it's a limitation google puts on chrome.

Edit This Cookie seems to be pretty good with the right functionality even tho one has to go into the options to set domain preferences, instead of a popup.
