Best convergence settings for my monitor?

For those that have the Sony CPD-G500, can you please share your convergence values? I'm having a bit trouble calibrating mine and even when I reseted it to default factory settings, it's still blurry. I'm open to any suggestions on how I can fix this text blurriness though. I have no money to buy a new LCD/CRT. 🙁
 
You may have to open it and adjust a dial. You probably already know this spiel but don't open it unless you know how to discharge your tube. High voltage and capacitors retain the power after you turn it off.
