Best Configuration of Hard Drives vs. CD Drives on IDE Channels

I'm going to be setting up an Epox 8k7a with the following drives:

1 IBM 60GXP IDE drive
1 Lite-On IDE DVD drive
1 Plextor IDE CDRW drive

What's the recommended configuration of these drive on the two IDE channels? Should the DVD and CDRW be on the same channel, leaving the hard drive by itself, or should I place the hard drive with one or the other of the CD drives on its IDE channel?

I'd like to be able to do CD to CDR burning on the fly, if possible. Does that necessitate placing the DVD and CDRW drives on separate channels?

Now, what if I add an IDE zip drive? Should I avoid placing it on the same channel as a hard drive?

Thanks,
Kong
