Best compact video <$300

I'd like to pic up a camera that is highly portable and takes good video. I'd also like to keep it under $300. It would be used at concerts and DJ events in dark conditions.

I'm open to something like the Flip, but would prefer a compact digital so that I can use it as a pocket camera, too. However, if something like the Flip is worlds better than any compact digital, then I'll get it.

SX200 is what I use, pretty nice. SD780 is more pocketable and pretty close to the same quality, although the zoom (which doesn't work in video) only extends to 3x, instead of 12x like the SX200. Also keep in mind, you're not going to get good low-light performance in these little cameras, so check Youtube/Vimeo for darkly-shot samples before you buy anything.
