Best ColdFusion book

i work with coldfusion a little at work and i recommend getting the books by allaire themselves. i dunno how its working now that macromedia and allaire are together but i recommend their books.

hi,

i'm learning coldfusion too for work, and i like the "Mastering ColdFusion 4.5" book better than the Allair book because instead of having examples it also shows the result of those examples with pictures and stuff. I personally like books with pictures instead of just words.

Is CF hard to learn? Should a beginner start off learning CF?

It's really not that hard. Just installing the server will install Allaires documentation - which rocks. I did all my learning through that.
