Best cleanup utility?

What is the best registry and junk file cleanup utility? Is system mechanic the best or is there something better?
 
Backup & reload? Better yet, install yourself a clean load and dump an image somewhere. That way you can easily restore it and it's already set the way you like it.

I keep telling myself to do that but do I? Of course not! 😉 😛

Actually there is No best since each one does its own way, and you really need to run few Utils. in order to clean most of the "Junked Entries".

I usually run the jv16 tools and SysMechanic.

Does Not matter which one I run first the other one one will always find more.
