Best choice PoE gigabit network switch?

That model is 10/100 and I need Gigabit for other devices in my network that will benefit from it. Managed is something I always wanted to learn more about.
This seems like a good opportunity while upgrading.
 
Once the PoE ports can support the power requirements of the IP cameras with Cisco or Netgear would be suitable. Netgear is more designed for home use with easy setup in a simple environment. Cisco switches are more for the business environment and may need some configuration which requires more in depth knowledge and skills
 
Dot he cameras require PoE or PoE+? Most IP cameras can get by on PoE, but some PTZ Cameras require PoE+. PoE is half the power budget, and a lot cheaper, so if you can get by with one of those, I would.

Also, have you weighed if you really need one vs. PoE injectors? Even good quality ones from like Ubiquiti are less than $20 a piece. PoE switches are expensive, and often used for central management. If you have an outlet close to where the Ethernet run goes outside, and you only have a could of cameras, I'd just get a couple of PoE Injectors and connect those before the run heads outside.
