best choice of hard disk for Asus A8N-E

Hi everyone,

I've got an Asus A8-E motherboard.
But I also got Maxtor DiamondMax 10 drives.
I've read several topics about how bad Maxtor is, but there is no topic about the good drives ;-)
So people with the mobo, which drives do you recommend?

I am running the A8N-E board and have two Western Digital SATA hard drives that are nice. I have always used either western digital or seagate and have never had a single problem.

My Maxtor Atlas 15k II seems to be liking my A8N-E just fine (with an LSI Logic HBA) :evil: I also have a Barracuda 7200.8 SATA drive as a bulk-storage drive, it seems to work fine in that role.
