I was finally gonna start building a new system (rusty ol' athlon 700 is WEAK) and was gonna go for a t-bird. I don't know wether to go with the Asus Ali Magik 1 chipset board...the Asus KT266 chipset board, or maybe that epox 760 solution. Which chipset would we the most feature rich and won't have me wishing I had blah-blah feature in like a month. Also...when the hell is the 1.5ghz tbird coming out (or palomino, is that even worth getting?) Cause I don't want 1.4, I want a good rounded, middle number, like 5!!

Personally, i would recommend the amd 760 chipset from epox. I have had no stability or conflicts with this board...like i did with my asus and via (via and sblive). Plus it's fast and stable...good for OCing as well.

I'd get the Epox 8K7a+ if you're a tweaker especially, A7V266 is looking like a very high performing board, but it just came out and hasen't proven itself yet so I'd go Epox, or MSI K7 Master if u aren't an ocer, and stay away from ALi's MAGiK, it has poor performance and should be avoided.
