Best chip for a Socket 478 400Mhz MB?

Got the board brand new for like $20 last year and would like to use it in a server or workstation. I know this was pre HT, but does anybody remember which if any of these chips had decent overclocking?

The page you linked to says you can use up to a 2.4A. Here's a link to one, at a decent price: $49

If you can find one, a P4 2.8a should be fine in that board...but they are pretty rare these days.
