Best & cheapest way to get composite video-in

I got in on the Dell Radeon 8500 deal the other day, but I'd still like a way to get video-in. I have a satellite dish, so I don't need a TV tuner, just something with a composite or s-video in. I want to be able to watch TV (fullscreen) off my dish on the 2nd monitor of a dual display setup using the 8500.

Suggestions???
