Best/cheapest way to buy large prints?

I have a photo from this years camping trip, of our group posing when we finally found a campsite, and wanted to get large prints of it to frame and give to my friends as a thank you for coming with me.

My limited research so far leads me to believe I'm going to pay upwards of $20 for even a small print.

I do have around 4,000 Coke points, and for 1850 points I can get a 10x14 or 12x12 canvas print from Shutterfly.

Should I just go with the Shutterfly option, or is there a better option out there? These are meant to be framed, so would a canvas print be the better option?

Shortrunposters.com had an ad in this months Popular Photography showing 18x26 prints for $2.97/per; maybe not what you want but that's an option.
