Best/Cheapest Dynamic DNS

Howdy. I plan on buying a domain name and hosting an Exchange server, FTP server, and a web server. My IP is dynamic (roadrunner), so it has to have the ability to dynamically update my IP. I'm sure this has been answered before, but the search blows now that my subscription has run out.

not sure what their rates are for your own domain, I use the homedns.org domain that they provide for free...

Be sure to use RoadRunner's SMTP as a gateway in Exchange or you will get a lot of returned emails. Most providers will bounce email sent from a mail server on a cable ip.

Does anybody have a preference for which dynamic dns client to use with dyndns?

I believe some D-Link routers have a Dyndns client built in.
