Best/cheapest box for receiving broadcast HD channels??

I don't have an HDTV, but I want to be able to watch a certain broadcast HD only channel on my regular TV. So I just need an antenna and an HD receiver box, right?
We have an old Dish network box, is it possible to get that to work for watching my off the air HD channel, even if I am not subscribing to any Dish services at the moment?
Or maybe a PC connected device would be the best cheapest way to go?!

Thanks, but I found that website already! I'm not too worried about the antenna, but the boxes out there are close to $200!!! There has to be a much cheaper solution!? NO?

Newegg.com was advertising a new Hauppage TV tuner card that accepts HD signals, it was under $100. I forget the model number, but it is not the old -150 or -250.
