Best Cheap WebHosting?

I am looking for very basic webhosting, but obviously I do not want any banner ads or anything like that.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

My friend uses it, he loves it. It is a small company, but they are nice and helpful. They are open 9AM-9PM Central time. When he calls to ask them to do something he just sits and talks with the guy while the guy adds a subdomain or sets up his counter stats...lol. Its that small a company that he knows a few people there. Its nice though and he uses the $9/month plan...he is hosted by an OC3 too so thats nice too.

For hosting..I'm recommend http://ww.thinkhost.com. Now that's fairly cheap. If you want FREE..that's a different story.
