Best cheap VIVO card

I've been using an ATI rage fury pro VIVO for about the last 2 years (actually 3) and will be doing some digital video editing now. I need the VIVO to import and export to tape.

I'm not looking to get a GeForce 4 or anything. I've seen Radeon 64MB VIVO's for less than $50. This is about the only card I know of though. What other options do I have?

I play very few games. Watch some DVD's. Two monitor support would be a nice addition but not essential. I need to spend as little as possible since rock climbing is eating up all my money and time. (no job)

Radeon 9000 VIVO from sapphire at newegg. $73 shipped the last time that I checked the price.

I have the card and holds its own against my former GF3 Ti200, in fact, the only game that I play, Serious Sam, runs faster on the Radeon.
