Best cheap video card for watching multiple 1080P video streams?

I have these cards:

GT610 (Fermi, DDR3)
GT620 (Fermi, DDR3)
GT630 (Kepler, DDR3)
HD6670 (DDR3)
HD7750 (DDR3)

Which card would be suitable for watching three simultaneous 1080P video streams at once? Would any of them be capable of doing that? What would a rough minimum CPU requirement be for that?

Would there be any better choices? Budget is around $50-80 at most, cheaper is better.

Thanks for that link. That's really impressive than an Intel i5-2500K was able to decode 5x 1080P streams and maintain framerate.

It was disappointing than an AMD 6000-series card was only able to decode one.

The NV GTX460 was able to decode three. If I hooked my friend up with a GT610, that's Fermi-based like the GTX460, do you think it could likewise decode three? I guess I could ask him to try it.

Either that, or do a platform swap for him to a G3258 rig. He's not going to like spending money though.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to hook my friend up with a GT610 card, and see if that resolves his performance problems. (I already have the GT610.)
