Best cheap ear pieces?

Im looking for that kind of ear pieces that would stay very good in my ears. I like to work out, and it bothers my when my current ear pieces always falls out of my ears. Any suggestions?
 
either Creative EP-630 or Sennheiser CX-300. Both are basically exactly the same, and the EP-630 is cheaper. I think the only real difference is the style of cable (one of them being a Y-style and the other being a J-style).
