Best/Cheap Calling cards

A while back a guy was talking about how his phone bill was huge due to the fact he had a GF out of state. There were several links posted for cheap calling cards. I did a search and did not find the post I was looking for, so does anyone know where the best cards are?

Thanks

Calling cards:
? Costco/MCI - Costco has teamed up with MCI to bring you several pre-paid calling card deals. You can buy one card that offers 575 minutes at 3.48 cents a minute or buy a pack of 12 (120 minutes each) for 3.47 cents a minute. The offer is somewhat tough to find on Costco's Web site. To find the offer from Costco's home page, click on the "electronics & cameras" link in the list. On the rendered page, click on the "Telephones" link. You will be see the card at the top of the next page. There is also a shipping and handling fee of $2.50 if you order through the Web site.

? Sam's Club/AT&T - Sam's Club and AT&T have teamed up to offer several pre-paid cards, as well. These include a 1500-minute card or a six-pack of 100- minute cards, both at 3.47 cents a minute. To get to the offer, click on the "phone cards" link on the left of the page. You will see the offers on that page. Shipping is included in Sam's Club's offer.

I have an AT&T phone card that I got from Sam's long ago. You can add more time onto it when you dial the 800 number to call out - I threw out my card a few months after I got it and have the numbers memorized (very secure) and keep recharging it. By the way, they're constantly dropping their cost per minute. I think when I signed up it was 6-8 cents a minute, down now to the 3.47 cents per minute. I don't even use my home long distance.
