Jason's Deli has locations in at least a few states. It's an actual deli, I've never been to half the places on the poll, but I cannot see any of them competing with Jason's. The only down side is it's expensive, and I like the Black Angus sub from Quiznos. Anyone who thinks Subway's on Quiznos level is high on Crack. And when you get into the "premium" subs, Subway isn't even a good deal any more. The cheese steak I got from there a few months ago was 9 bucks and wasn't nearly as good as the one from Quiznos.

Voted Subway just because the only other one I heard of was Quiznos. Never been to Quiznos, their prices seem really high.

Subway usually is like $5 plus tax for a foot long for me. Of course, now it's rounding out to an even $6 where I've been going. I don't go frequent though anymore. It's just too expensive. Only do it when I need to make sure I eat.

I don't know that there's a sub shop that I don't like, and I don't really like any one more than others. Plus, its so highly dependent on the franchises, some suck, and others are amazing. It would also depend on what you're feeling like, as some places do specialty subs better, while others are better about just having solid everyday type of subs (simple stuff like ham and cheese type).

I like Quiznos, and there's a small chain called "Larry's Giant Subs" here in the area that I like, too.

I just want to say, though, fuck Jimmy John's. God damn terrible.

Ive seen Larry's up on College and Antioch but ive not been there. Maybe ill go there for lunch sometime this week.

I've only ever heard of three of these places and I've never seen a Blimpie's and I tend to like quiznos better than subway so quiznos it is.

you do realize that Quizno's serves the exact same quality ingredients as Subway, right?

The only difference is that Quizno's charges you more--for much less. And the 7 or 10 Quizno's that I have visited have all been filthy, nasty places.

heh, 2 of them, near where I lived in Chicago, were closed down for not running gas--yes, they were not properly heating their food.
:D

Quizno's is a fucking joke. I laugh at the people that eat the hype.

Having had their peppercorn steak sandwich, I can disagree on all points. Their food is not the same as subways, their stores are cleaner, they do heat their food, and yes, the price is more, but we're all wealthy on AToT and can afford it. The peppercorn steak is so good.

All the Quizno's around here pretty much went out of business due to high prices compared to how much food you get.

Lenny's USED to load you up, but they have cut back.

Firehouse is AWESOME around here. Their beef brisket sub owns.

The Quizno's near my work closed up, probably because it was right next to a Chipotle. You can't really beat a huge $6.50 burrito with comparatively small $6.50 subs.

Potbelly is the best around here (Chicago). They seem to be popping up EVERYWHERE, so hopefully the rest of the USA will be getting theirs soon.

I don't understand how Quizno's got so many votes. Their sandwiches are way overpriced and underwhelming IMO.

Never heard of Firehouse Subs before. I just looked it up. . . there is only one in Chicagoland, about 15 miles from me :( Sounds awesome though.

Of the chains available to me, I like Jimmy Johns. That is until I found out they can't deliver to 75% of my town because I guess it wouldn't be so fast I would freak. If I'm going to get off my fat ass and drive for a sub, it'll be to a local place rather than a chain.
