I like Smore's cereal for special occasions, but on a daily basis I'll go for Life or Cinnamon Life.
 
I tend to eat the same cereal for years until I begin to hate it. I used to eat cap'n crunch every day, but I don't do well with sugar these days so I'm in a rice chex phase now. Eventually I'll get tired of rice chex and have to move on to something else.
 
Cap'n Crunch, but only if you add milk to the spoonful and not the bowl... 😀

Seriously, though, my favorite would have to be either Weetabix or Grape Nuts.

And, come to think of it, there really hasn't been a cereal that I've tried which I haven't liked... at least, not that I can remember off the top of my head.

DAMNIT!!! Now I'm hungry, and nowhere near a box of cereal!!! ARGH!!!

I'm the same - though my time limit is shorter than years. I'll eat the same cereal exclusively for 3 or 4 boxes, then get tired of it and move on. Same way with soda.

Overall, I'd have to say my all time favorite is Count Chocula. Its like Lucky Charms minus the BS, plus chocolate.
 
i have to say, that as my favorite comfort food, Rice Krispy Treats Cereal or Fruity Pebbles
i love all cereals though.. sadly, i could eat a whole box in two days
